Kenneth’s Salon + Spas is currently looking for a dedicated Guest Services professional to join our team at our Kingsdale/Upper Arlington location. This $15.00/hr, Part-Time position at Kingsdale/Upper Arlington will serve as the first and last impression for each guest. We are looking for the very best who are passionate about delivering a luxury experience in a fast-paced environment. Are you looking to grow into a management role and lead a location? Total hours: 25-30 hours a week

Monday-Friday: 2pm-9pm

Saturdays: 2 Saturdays/month with open availability from 730a-6p

Abilities and Skills Needed:

• Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Detail-oriented

• Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth

• Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software

• Multitasking skillset

• Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback
