Job Summary
We are a fast-growing company seeking a full-time Countertop Installer and/or Helper to join our installation team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow in the countertop installation trade.
Responsibilities & DutiesInstallation Technician – Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist Lead Installers with the installation of laminate and solid surface countertops. Candidates must have basic industry knowledge, prior hands-on experience preferred, and be comfortable using power tools in a jobsite environment.
Installation Technician – Abilities & Skills Required:
Ability to lift, grasp, and carry countertops and/or materials weighing up to 75 lbs
Basic experience using power tools
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
After 3 months:
9 paid holidays
After 12 months:

After 24 months:
9 paid holidays

3 sick days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
