This role is a high-impact strategic analytics position focused on driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across a global sales organization.
You will partner closely with senior leaders to analyze business performance, uncover growth opportunities, and shape go-to-market and sales strategy initiatives.
The position plays a critical role in translating complex data into clear insights that guide executive decision-making and long-term business planning.
You will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams.
This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to senior executives and significant influence on strategic priorities.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze key business performance metrics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to improve revenue and operational outcomes.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI definitions to support executive decision-making.
  • Conduct deep-dive root-cause analyses to diagnose business challenges and propose scalable solutions.
  • Support the design and execution of go-to-market and sales strategy initiatives to accelerate growth and productivity.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional programs, tools, and processes that improve efficiency and business performance.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering analytical excellence within the team.
Requirements:
  • 4–7+ years of experience in business analysis, sales strategy, revenue operations, or similar analytical roles in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Strong ability to translate complex, unstructured data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills with exposure to SQL and/or programming languages such as Python or R preferred.
  • Proven ability to define KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and support executive-level decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting insights to senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of go-to-market and sales performance drivers.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth, and autonomous environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
