You will partner closely with senior leaders to analyze business performance, uncover growth opportunities, and shape go-to-market and sales strategy initiatives.
The position plays a critical role in translating complex data into clear insights that guide executive decision-making and long-term business planning.
You will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams.
This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to senior executives and significant influence on strategic priorities.

- Partner with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze key business performance metrics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to improve revenue and operational outcomes.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI definitions to support executive decision-making.
- Conduct deep-dive root-cause analyses to diagnose business challenges and propose scalable solutions.
- Support the design and execution of go-to-market and sales strategy initiatives to accelerate growth and productivity.
- Collaborate on cross-functional programs, tools, and processes that improve efficiency and business performance.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering analytical excellence within the team.
- 4–7+ years of experience in business analysis, sales strategy, revenue operations, or similar analytical roles in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Strong ability to translate complex, unstructured data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with exposure to SQL and/or programming languages such as Python or R preferred.
- Proven ability to define KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and support executive-level decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting insights to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of go-to-market and sales performance drivers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth, and autonomous environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Competitive annual cash compensation ranging from $129,200 to $206,700 depending on experience and qualifications.
