VP of Automation Engineering at Jobgether – Chile

• Lead the design, development, and scaling of end-to-end automation systems using modern orchestration tools and API integrations
• Architect robust, multi-tenant infrastructure capable of supporting complex workflows across various environments
• Build and oversee internal and client-facing products, managing the full lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Develop intelligent AI-driven systems leveraging LLMs to power automation, decision-making, and data enrichment pipelines
• Establish engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, documentation, and system reliability standards
• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team while maintaining hands-on technical involvement
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align engineering strategy with overall business objectives and growth plans

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n in production environments
• Strong full-stack engineering expertise, particularly with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, and databases
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams while remaining deeply involved in technical execution
• Daily experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code within workflows
• Solid background in building and scaling AI/LLM systems for real-world applications
• Strong system design and architecture skills, including scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance
• Experience working with data enrichment and automation tools such as Clay
• Ability to translate technical decisions into business impact at an executive level
• Bonus: experience in multi-client environments, SaaS product development, cloud platforms, and tools like Airtable, HubSpot, or Slack APIs
