About the Role:
The Account Manager / Biomed plays a critical role in managing and nurturing client relationships within the biomedical sector, ensuring that client needs are met with precision and professionalism. This position is responsible for overseeing the full account lifecycle, from onboarding new clients to maintaining ongoing communication and support, thereby driving customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires a deep understanding of biomedical products and services to effectively translate client requirements into actionable solutions. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals. Ultimately, this position aims to foster long-term partnerships that contribute to the company’s growth and reputation in the biomedical industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client services within the biomedical or healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a management company or enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:
