About the Role
We’re looking for someone to join our team at MagnaWave in a customer support/front desk role. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a team that jumps in to help each other—this could be a great fit.
This is a full-time, in-office position located at 2208 Plantside Dr, Louisville, KY 40299, Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with benefits and PTO.
In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers—handling phone calls, emails, and front desk interactions. You’ll help answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure every interaction is a positive one.
You’ll also work across multiple systems to keep customer information organized and up to date, while collaborating with the team to keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Help customers with questions, orders, and general support
- Troubleshoot issues and follow through to resolution
- Keep customer information organized and up to date using CRM and internal systems
- Work with other teams to support day-to-day operations

What This Role Looks Like
This role is a mix of customer support and front desk responsibilities, so your day will include answering calls, helping customers, working across different systems, and supporting the team behind the scenes. It’s fast-paced, team-oriented, and a great fit for someone who likes variety in their day.
Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00 pm. (This is not a remote position)
