Lead Data Scientist at Jobgether – India

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions while guiding technical strategy and supporting team growth across complex, data-driven initiatives.

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models, algorithms, and AI workflows across multiple use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on topics such as computer vision, geospatial data, point clouds, and 3D modeling
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions
• Drive end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data preparation and experimentation to deployment and monitoring
• Partner with stakeholders to align on priorities, technical direction, and delivery timelines
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering strong AI/ML capabilities and best practices
• Explore and implement emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance performance and innovation
• Ensure robust, scalable deployment of models in cloud-based distributed environments

You bring strong expertise in machine learning and AI, combined with hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable solutions. You are comfortable working across distributed systems and collaborating with diverse teams in India.

• Proven experience developing, testing, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, computer vision, and 3D data concepts (geometry, point clouds, graphics)
• Experience working in cloud-based environments and distributed systems
• Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to production deployment
• Experience deploying models using containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Python and Java or Scala; C++ experience is a strong plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional environments
