  • Drive cross-studio collaboration, sharing best practices, competitive insights, and industry trends to elevate product capabilities across teams.
  • Define and continuously improve centralized product management methodologies, tools, and processes for live service game development.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in product management, live service design, or game product strategy, with a strong focus on feature development and live operations.
  • Proven success working within complex, matrixed organizations across game development and publishing environments.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a track record of managing, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing product teams.
  • Deep expertise in game analytics, KPI frameworks, and data-driven decision-making in live service environments.
  • Strong understanding of game economies, monetization models, and performance tracking tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Experience across multiple game genres and business models, including free-to-play, premium, and hybrid systems.
  • Ability to connect creative vision with commercial strategy, translating insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with forecasting and revenue modeling.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, player behavior, and competitive dynamics in the gaming sector.
  • Experience collaborating with publishing, marketing, and executive stakeholders in global organizations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior leadership responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible remote working arrangement supporting work-life balance.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
  • Access to professional development opportunities and learning resources.
  • Opportunity to work on globally recognized entertainment products with high-impact visibility.
