Opengate Inc. is a mission-driven nonprofit organization seeking compassionate, dedicated leaders to join our team in Somers, New York! We are hosting a Virtual Hiring Event on Thursday May 7 for the following leadership roles: Residence Manager and Assistant Residence Manager.

Shifts: varied, flex- schedule
Location: Somers, New York
Compensation:
Residence Manager, IRA: $67,600.00 To $70,000.00 annually
Residence Manager, ICF: $70,000.00 To $75,000.00 annually
Assistant Residence Manager: $23 - $24 hourly
Compensation will be commensurate with job qualifications and work experience
Qualifications:
Residence Managers:
Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, 2 years in a supervisory role, 2 years working with the I/DD population
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, SCIP-R Certified, AMAP Certified, First Aid/CPR Certified
Assistant Residence Managers:
Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, 1 years in a supervisory role, 2 years working with the I/DD population
Preferred: SCIP-R Certified, AMAP Certified, First Aid/CPR Certified
