Position Overview

We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to support our procurement and supply chain operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to coordinate purchasing activities and keep materials flowing to support production. You will play a key role in vendor communication, order tracking, and ensuring materials are delivered on time.

What You’ll Do

Assist with procurement activities using ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, Sage, or similar)
Support materials management, inventory control, and supply chain coordination
Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Assist with sourcing raw materials, components, and services aligned with production needs
Maintain accurate purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to support production
Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Support procurement strategies related to sourcing, pricing, and inventory management

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams
Basic understanding of procurement, inventory, or supply chain processes
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Oracle, or similar) preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
