Vacanza Romana is seeking professional, polished, and guest-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will deliver an elevated dining experience through exceptional service, menu knowledge, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced yet refined environment and takes pride in hospitality.

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to all guests
• Guide guests through the menu, including Italian dishes, wine pairings, and specials
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
• Maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings
• Execute proper fine dining service steps (coursing, timing, table maintenance)
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Maintain a clean, organized section and assist with overall restaurant flow
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Uphold Vacanza Romana service standards and brand image

• Previous serving experience preferred (fine dining or upscale experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge or interest in Italian cuisine and wine
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry trays (up to 25 lbs)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
