Service Retention Associate-BMW of Peabody & MINI at BMW Peabody & MINI Peabody – Peabody, Massachusetts

The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for an organized, goal orientated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Service Retention Associate for our BMW & MINI stores. This is a great entry level opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with a variety of clients. Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am-5:30pm

Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Schedule service appointment
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments declined services and upcoming maintenance
• Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts
• Other duties assigned by management team
