Job Description

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a PMO Analyst (Junior) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  • Support SEA 05 IT Portfolio Management (PfM) functions bymaintaininginformation system and application portfolio records, documentation, and compliance tracking across assigned programs and functional areas.
  • Assistwith registration, validation, and maintenance of information systems and applications within required systems of record including DITPR-DON, DADMS, PBIS-IT, and related portfolio management databases.
  • Support annual reviews, portfolio submissions, and compliance requirements associated with DON Enterprise Architecture Information System (DON EAIS), FISMA, PBIS-IT, and DITPR-DON processes.
  • Prepare and maintain portfolio management documentation including IT Procurement Requests (ITPRs), NC-36 submissions, software assignment records, and application justification packages.
  • Assistwith tracking software applications, user assignments, and functional alignment to support portfolio reduction, consolidation, and proper assignment across SEA 05 organizations.
  • Support evaluation and documentation of software application usage, purpose, and organizational impact for applicationsretained, reassigned, or eliminated from NAVSEA systems.
  • Coordinate with SEA 05 personnel to collect required data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records supporting IT portfolio reviews and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly Functional Area Manager (FAM) progress reports, portfolio status updates, and responses to leadership data calls.
  • Support compliance with NAVSEA, DoD, and DON portfolio management guidance while ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of required actions.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

Education

  • Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:
  • Highschool diploma or GED and three (3) years of relevant experience in business management or a related functional area; OR
  • Bachelor’sdegree in a relevant field; OR
  • Master’sdegree in a relevant field.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience coordinating project activities to ensure projectsremainon schedule.
  • Experience providing administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangements, progress tracking, and documentation.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret Executive Orders, DoD,DoN, SECNAV, and NAVSEA directives to provide guidance to personnel.
  • Ability to work effectively under moderate supervision.

Clearance

  • Must be a United StatesCitizen
