This senior leadership role is responsible for guiding complex consulting engagements and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise solutions across commercial and public sector clients. The position combines client-facing advisory responsibilities with strong delivery ownership, focusing on driving measurable business outcomes and long-term customer value. You will lead and mentor consulting teams, ensuring high-quality execution across multiple concurrent projects. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with customers, sales, and internal technical teams to align solutions with strategic goals. The role requires balancing people leadership, financial accountability, and technical credibility within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. It offers the opportunity to shape scalable delivery practices while directly influencing customer success and adoption.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple consulting engagements across enterprise commercial and regulated environments, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and risk are effectively managed
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning technical solutions with business objectives and value realization outcomes
- Oversee engagement health and proactively manage escalations to maintain strong customer satisfaction
- Ensure delivery compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements
- Manage, coach, and develop consulting teams, supporting hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career growth
- Drive operational excellence including utilization, forecasting, margin performance, and resource planning
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on proposals, SOWs, solution design, and delivery estimates
- Contribute to cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, and operations to improve delivery effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology delivery roles
- At least 3+ years of experience in people management and client engagement leadership
- Proven success delivering complex enterprise-scale solutions in commercial or regulated environments
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of solution architecture and ability to guide technical decisions
- Demonstrated experience managing delivery execution, financial performance, and customer satisfaction
- U.S. citizenship required due to federal-related access requirements
- Experience in enterprise software, data platforms, analytics, AI, or cloud solutions is a strong advantage
- Ability to translate customer needs into scalable and sustainable solution approaches
- Competitive base salary ranging from $156,815 to $193,713
