• Late-Night Fulfillment: Fulfilling third-party delivery orders (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats) after the dine in lobby has closed guests minus curbside, pick up and take out.
• Sanitation & Deep Cleaning: Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and cleaning kitchen, dining, and restroom areas.
• Dish Management: Washing all baking dishes and utensils used during the day.
• Restocking: Replenishing ingredients and toppings at stations for the morning crew.
• Inventory Prep: Utilizing FIFO (First In, First Out) methods and label dating for all food prep.
  
  

• Operations Management: Leading evening operations and managing team execution during high-volume periods.
• Reporting: Completing shift summary reports and managing cash-handling tasks.
• Security: Ensuring store safety and security protocols are followed during and after closing.
  
  

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliability: High integrity and a strong work ethic, especially when working independently late at night.
• Communication: Ability to coordinate with team members to ensure orders are accurate during hectic shifts.

• This position pays $14.00- $17.00 an hour which includes tips
