The role requires strong leadership, systems thinking, and the ability to manage complexity in fast-paced, regulated environments. You will also serve as a key senior contact for stakeholders, ensuring clarity, risk management, and execution excellence throughout each project lifecycle.
- Lead the development of end-to-end healthcare and laboratory relocation strategies, from early client engagement through execution planning and delivery oversight.
- Translate complex and ambiguous client requirements into clear scopes of work, phased execution plans, and operational roadmaps.
- Design and validate project budgets, pricing models, and cost structures aligned with logistics, labor, equipment handling, and transportation needs.
- Define operational workflows, roles, responsibilities, and governance structures to ensure successful multi-team execution.
- Oversee cross-functional coordination across design, construction, equipment, logistics, and transition planning teams.
- Serve as the primary senior liaison for clients and stakeholders, guiding communication, decision-making, and change management.
- Establish and enforce standard processes, documentation, and compliance protocols aligned with healthcare and laboratory environments.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and milestones, ensuring proactive resolution of issues and alignment with delivery objectives.
- Provide leadership across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring prioritization, accountability, and operational excellence.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic planning, operational leadership, and healthcare logistics expertise. Candidates should be comfortable operating in complex, high-risk environments where precision, coordination, and client-facing leadership are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (7+ years in relevant fields).
- Proven experience in healthcare, laboratory, relocation, logistics, or large-scale operational project environments.
- Strong ability to design execution strategies, including scope development, phasing plans, and operational workflows.
- Experience building and managing budgets, cost models, and pricing strategies for complex projects.
- Deep understanding of logistics drivers such as labor, transportation, warehousing, and equipment handling.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, phasing plans, and operational layouts.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to connect multiple operational components into cohesive execution plans.
- Experience in client-facing solution development and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or similar).
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50–75%).
- Competitive annual salary range of $85,000 to $130,000
- Opportunities to work on large-scale, high-impact healthcare and infrastructure projects
