What You Will Do

You will start in our showroom working with customers face to face

• Create a great experience from the moment someone walks in
• Help customers find frames that fit their face, style, and activity
• Ask smart questions to understand how they actually use their eyewear
• Guide decisions in a way that feels natural and helpful

As you grow, we will train you into the technical side

• Learn how prescriptions and lenses actually work
• Recommend the right lens setups for different sports and use cases
• Support customers over chat and phone
• Become someone people trust for real advice

If you want to take it further, we will help you study for and earn your ABO certification
