About the Role
Based in Queenstown and reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is a key coordination and administration position supporting the delivery of high-quality service to our customers.
As a Service Co-ordinator - Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating customer service requests, planned maintenance programmes, and quoted works
- Acting as the central point for incoming calls, emails, and service-related correspondence
- Scheduling and allocating jobs to technicians and subcontractors to meet service delivery timeframes
- Processing invoicing for maintenance, reactive works, and quoted jobs
- Supporting accounts processes including purchase orders, receivables, and payables
- Providing administrative support across ERP systems (Pronto experience advantageous)
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced service environment
This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and customers
About You
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administration and coordination experience within a service-based or trade environment.
You will bring:
- 35 years' experience in a similar service coordination or administration role
- Experience working within facilities management or trade services environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry capability
- Proven ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Experience with CMMS/ERP systems (Pronto highly regarded)
