Your work will have a direct impact on conversion rates, settlement efficiency, and overall user trust in financial flows. This is a highly strategic and execution-driven product role, combining deep payments expertise with a strong focus on user experience and global scalability. You will help define how modern financial infrastructure evolves across diverse international markets.
- Own and evolve a portfolio of payment rails across multiple methods and emerging geographic markets, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Lead end-to-end integration of payment partners, including processors, acquirers, and banking institutions, from selection to go-live.
- Optimize key payment metrics such as authorization rates, settlement speed, conversion, and transaction success across regions.
- Collaborate closely with compliance and fraud teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient payment flows.
- Improve user experience across payment journeys through experimentation, data analysis, and customer insights.
- Work with engineering teams on backend payment infrastructure, API integrations, and frontend payment experiences.
- Define product strategy and prioritization based on performance data and business impact.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure environments.
- Strong expertise in payment systems such as bank transfers, card networks, and alternative payment methods.
- Experience working with emerging market payment rails (e.g., UPI, IMPS, local schemes, or open banking frameworks) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing third-party payment providers and end-to-end API integrations.
- Strong understanding of both backend payment systems and user-facing product experiences.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, measure impact, and guide product decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, compliance, fraud, and operations teams.
- Excellent prioritization skills in fast-moving, complex, and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience in crypto, digital assets, or neobank ecosystems is a plus.
Benefits:
- Fully remote-first organization with global flexibility
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and performance
- Opportunity to work on high-impact global payment infrastructure
- Exposure to fast-growing emerging markets and innovative financial systems
- Collaborative, international, and mission-driven work environment
- Strong emphasis on autonomy, ownership, and product impact
- Continuous learning culture with exposure to cutting-edge fintech and crypto innovation
- Inclusive and merit-based workplace with global talent diversity
