What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve beverages for bar guests and dining service.
- Deliver warm, professional, and seamless guest experiences.
- Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming bar environment.
- Maintain proper alcohol service standards and verify guest identification.
- Accurately handle cash and credit transactions and complete tip reporting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and lounge areas.
- Manage bar inventory, restocking, and storage of supplies.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized bar.
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- High-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer & wine.
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 30+ pounds.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
