| Job Summary | This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the assigned Division Chiefs and their faculty within the Department of Radiology. The role requires a high level of customer focus, discretion, and strong organizational skills. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing communications such as composing agendas, memoranda, reports, and other official documents; organizing and maintaining Division Chief calendars; collaborating with Chiefs on clinical faculty and provider scheduling; coordinating and supporting the faculty evaluation process and administering faculty professional development funds, including travel arrangements and membership renewals. |
