In this critical role, you will serve as a force multiplier across the Revenue organization, amplifying the impact of the CRO. Your focus will be to translate strategy into execution, ensuring clarity and discipline within the Sales leadership team. As you navigate through diverse teams and processes, your impact will be evident as you drive alignment and efficiency across a fast-growing enterprise, fostering a culture of accountability and strategic vision.
Accountabilities- Partner closely with the CRO to translate revenue strategy into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Establish operating rhythms and tracking mechanisms for visibility on strategic goals.
- Prepare executive meeting materials to keep the CRO informed.
- Act as a communication bridge between the CRO and various internal teams.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements within processes and workflows.
- Serve as trusted advisor and filter for the CRO's time and priorities.
- 812+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting in a high-growth environment.
- Experience at the executive or senior leadership level.
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.
- Proven track record of influencing without authority.
- Strong operational and project management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distill data into action.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- High discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Market-based and data-driven compensation approach.
- Salary range of $150,000 - 200,000 OTE.
