We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Forklift Operator position, joining our Jackson, OH team!

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-3:30am

Key Responsibilities:

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Driving a forklift, loading trailers, picking orders to palletize, stacking boxes, wrapping pallets, and working with direct ship programs.
Position forklifts, lifting platforms, or other materials and transport load into the designated area.
Loads or unloads stacks of materials on pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
Weighs materials or products and record weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.
Perform safety inspections on forklifts, document the inspection, and submit the inspection report to the supervisor.
Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods.
Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data.
Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:

Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a stable work history with good references.
Prior forklift or warehouse experience is preferred.
Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English.
Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat and occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, and fumes or airborne particles.
