Irrigation Service Manager at Andy's Sprinkler & Drainage – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Pay: 60,000 - 70,000 + Bonus

Field Operations & Irrigation Oversight

• Provide daily supervision of irrigation technicians, including field check-ins, quality audits, and safety observations
• Oversee irrigation system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely repairs
• Support technicians with route planning, job prioritization, and customer communication
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service and professional field support

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Manage daily inventory levels for irrigation parts, fittings, controllers, valves, and tools
• Track usage, forecast needs, and ensure accurate stock counts
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and ensure all equipment is Salary:stored properly
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and readiness of all vehicles, tools, and irrigation equipment

Training & Team Development

• Lead, train, and motivate field employees of varying skill levels
• Identify skill gaps and implement training plans for irrigation troubleshooting, system installs, and safety practices
• Collaborate with branch leadership to set performance standards and operational expectations

Customer & Vendor Coordination

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of irrigation materials and equipment
• Support sales and service teams by providing technical expertise and field insights

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate logs, service records, and inventory documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years of combined experience in irrigation operations, landscape irrigation, field service management, or inventory/warehouse oversight
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, components, troubleshooting, and water-management best practices
• Experience supervising field teams and managing daily operations
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft applications and field-service tools
• Highly organized, able to multitask, and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
