Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences
  • Translate customer needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces
  • Collaborate with product managers and creative stakeholders to research, prototype, and refine user experiences
  • Develop user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to support product development
  • Utilize design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across the product
  • Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and improve usability
  • Create and maintain design documentation, guidelines, and visual assets for development teams
  • Ensure alignment between design output and overall product strategy, balancing aesthetics with functionality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma
  • Solid understanding of user research methods, journey mapping, and data-driven design
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles
  • Ability to think strategically about product decisions, balancing user needs with business objectives
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in English, including strong copywriting skills
