About This Position
PRC Alliance Pain Relief Centers is a family of pain management specialists who are committed to relieving pain through exceptional and compassionate care. Our mission is to relieve patients of pain and provide outstanding medical care and comfort through a conservative yet comprehensive approach to pain management. We serve our patients at eight locations northeast of Orlando (Palm Coast, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, DeLand, Orange City, and Lake Mary).
We are currently hiring a Front Desk Associate. The Front Desk Associate will be joining a team of pain management specialists that have made a difference for thousands of people suffering with chronic pain. The impact of minimizing pain and improving quality of life resonates with our physicians, nurses and staff who build strong relationships with patients and their families and see lives change.
Patient Service Representative
Responsibilities:
· Serves patients by greeting, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
· Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records
· Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
· Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording, and collecting patient charges, and controlling credit extended to patients
· Special projects as assigned
· Performs other duties as required
· Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive matters with discretion and tact
· Must have a general knowledge of and the ability to maintain HIPAA privacy requirements

· High School diploma or equivalent experience
· Must have strong telephone skills
· Must be organized and detail oriented
· Professional presence with strong written and verbal communication skills
· Must be able to multitask

· Must have the ability to work in an independent and self-directed manner and assume individual initiative
