This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented writer with experience in B2B marketing who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and technology. You will produce, refine, and elevate content across digital, social, and long-form formats while leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and drafting. Working closely with marketing teams, subject-matter experts, and design partners, you will ensure all content aligns with brand voice, drives lead generation, and strengthens brand awareness. The position requires agility, editorial judgment, and a strategic mindset to translate complex healthcare and scientific topics into clear, compelling messages. You will contribute to content strategy, streamline workflows, and help maintain consistency across campaigns, supporting a fast-moving, high-impact marketing environment.
- Create, edit, and polish B2B content for blogs, ads, landing pages, emails, video scripts, social posts, and press releases.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content drafting, research, and ideation while maintaining brand voice and quality standards.
- Build and optimize prompt libraries, content templates, and repeatable workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Support website updates, product positioning, editorial calendar planning, and content for events or campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, product, and marketing teams to ensure visual and verbal alignment across campaigns.
- Analyze content performance and apply insights to improve engagement, conversion, and brand storytelling.
- Maintain editorial standards, grammar, tone, and accuracy while translating complex topics into clear, credible messaging.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B content creation, copywriting, or editorial roles, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, pharma, or regulated industries.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, social, and long-form content.
- Proficiency using generative AI tools to support research, drafting, and content workflows.
- Exceptional editing skills, mastery of grammar, SEO, and brand-voice alignment.
- Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with design, marketing, product, and thought leadership teams.
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
