The position combines technical expertise with relationship management, requiring fluency in SMPTE ST 2110, NDI, and hybrid IP/SDI environments. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role where you will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams while staying at the forefront of broadcast technology trends. The role is remote, with flexibility in location, and involves travel up to 50%, offering a dynamic and engaging professional environment for growth-minded sales leaders.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting broadcast customers, media organizations, live production companies, and systems integrators.
  • Drive revenue growth by positioning IP-based networking solutions for SMPTE ST 2110, NDI, and hybrid IP/SDI workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with broadcast engineers, integrators, consultants, and OEM partners to educate and influence adoption.
  • Collaborate with distribution and channel teams to ensure optimal pricing, programs, and coverage for broadcast accounts.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to provide market feedback and influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on broadcast technology trends, standards, and IP workflows to act as a trusted technical and business advisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in broadcast, media, or professional AV markets.
  • Proven track record selling IP-based broadcast or AV-over-IP solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SMPTE ST 2110, NDI, NMOS, PTP, multicast, and IP networking concepts.
  • Experience engaging with broadcast systems integrators, consultants, and end users.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and accurate forecasting.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
