Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for corporate metrics, with a primary focus on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and SaaS performance indicators.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key metrics, including design, validation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and scale robust data models, reporting frameworks, and analytics solutions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, and HR teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
  • Ensure strong data governance, quality, and compliance through standardized processes and controls.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in enterprise transformation initiatives, including CRM and quote-to-cash systems.
  • Translate complex data insights into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools and processes, supporting change management and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data product development, preferably in SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing data teams.
  • Strong expertise in ARR and SaaS financial metrics, with a deep understanding of revenue modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data warehouses.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
  • Familiarity with CRM and quote-to-cash systems, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, engineering, and data science concepts.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable reporting frameworks for complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.
  • Flexible work environment, including remote-friendly options.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision).
  • Retirement savings plan with company matching contributions.
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and additional wellness days.
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs.
  • Access to mental health resources and employee assistance programs.
  • Learning and development opportunities, including training platforms and mentorship programs.
  • Additional perks such as wellness benefits, legal support, and lifestyle programs.
