This role focuses on leading the design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions within a ServiceNow environment. You will work closely with PMO leaders and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable digital workflows that support demand intake, portfolio governance, resource planning, and project execution. The position plays a key role in aligning technology with business strategy while ensuring strong adoption of standardized portfolio management practices. You will operate in a highly collaborative environment, engaging with internal teams and implementation partners to deliver end-to-end solutions. This is a hands-on functional role requiring strong ServiceNow expertise and the ability to influence stakeholders across complex organizations. The role is well-suited for someone who thrives in structured delivery environments and enjoys driving enterprise transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead the functional design and implementation of ServiceNow PPM/SPM capabilities while partnering with stakeholders to ensure effective portfolio management, system integration, and process alignment across the organization.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to PMO stakeholders and enterprise teams on portfolio, demand, and project management capabilities.
  • Translate business strategy, investment priorities, and delivery models into scalable ServiceNow SPM/PPM solutions.
  • Lead the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Planning, and Resource & Capacity Management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Support data migration and transition from legacy portfolio or project management tools into ServiceNow.
  • Develop lifecycle strategies for SPM/PPM capabilities, including hypercare support and continuous adoption improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements to deliver effective portfolio management solutions.
  • Provide insights and reporting to support portfolio governance and decision-making processes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong ServiceNow implementation experience, deep functional knowledge of portfolio management processes, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable enterprise solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow solutions, with strong focus on PPM/SPM modules.
  • Deep functional expertise in portfolio, project, and resource management within enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, hybrid, and waterfall approaches.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Experience designing and configuring ServiceNow workflows with minimal customization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in portfolio prioritization and decision support.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working with system integrators or implementation partners is highly valuable.
