Tribute Medical LLC dba Mosher Medical Inc. is seeking a motivated and driven Orthopedic Sales Representative to join our expanding team in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA area. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about the medical device industry who excel at building strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff while providing best-in-class support in the operating room and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Territory Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital personnel, and key decision-makers to grow territory sales and drive product adoption.
- Case Coverage: Provide in-person support during surgical procedures, ensuring the proper use of products and the highest level of service for physicians and patients.
- Product Education: Educate surgical teams on product features, benefits, and techniques through case coverage and in-service training.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify new business opportunities, develop territory strategies, and achieve sales goals through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Operational Excellence: Manage surgical inventory and logistics, including delivery, pickup, and maintenance of surgical sets.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training, sales meetings, and industry events to deepen product expertise and ensure compliance with company and industry standards (AdvaMed).
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of professional sales experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive results in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a high level of professionalism
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed
