Accountabilities- Lead the execution of the UPLIZNA gMG US HCP strategy post-approval
- Refine and scale brand messaging and campaigns
- Optimize HCP marketing tactics and materials based on data
- Collaborate with the Marketing Approval Committee for high-impact materials
- Contribute to annual brand planning processes
- Deepen engagement with Key Opinion Leaders
- Assess competitive activity to inform strategic adjustments
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Enhance training content for field teams
- Drive cross-functional collaboration for cohesive execution
- Foster a collaborative team culture across brand teams
- Doctorate with 2 years of marketing experience, or
- Masters with 4 years of marketing experience, or
- Bachelors with 6 years of marketing experience, or
- Associates with 10 years of marketing experience, or
- High school diploma/GED with 12 years of marketing experience
- Strong competencies in brand positioning and campaign development
- Experience in strategy development and cross-functional leadership
- Preferred experience in neurology and rare diseases
- Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Capability to simplify complex strategies into clear plans
