Description
URGENT HIRING: Junior Applications Developer (Entry-Level & Up)
Franktown, CO Onsite (Corporate HQ)

AI-Driven Development Environment: AI isnt a buzzword hereits part of how we build.
Youll:
  • Leverage tools like Claude Code and other AI platforms
  • Prototype quickly and iterate in real time

Example: Build and connect a regional marketing/lead-gen platform tied into leasing systemsfiguring out integrations, automation, and UX along the way.
What Youll Be Doing:
  • Support, maintain, and improve internal applications
  • Build automation tools and lightweight applications
  • Assist with API integrations (including Yardi and other systems)
  • Experiment with AI to streamline workflows and development
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with senior developers while owning your work
What Were Looking For: We are open to entry-level candidates with strong foundational skills as well as more experienced developers.
Required:
  • Experience (professional, academic, or internship) in software or application development
  • Exposure to Python, C#, Node.js, or similar
  • Basic understanding of APIs, SQL/databases, and integrations
  • Familiarity with frameworks like Django, Flask, or .NET Core
  • Experience with Git/version control
Nice to Have:
  • Cloud or serverless exposure (Azure, etc.)
  • Basic front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
