This role plays a pivotal part in bridging business needs and technical execution within ServiceNow implementation programs. You will work closely with clients, delivery teams, and technical experts to translate operational challenges into clear, structured requirements that guide successful platform solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will facilitate discovery sessions, shape process improvements, and ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and delivery outcomes. The position requires strong analytical thinking and communication skills, as you will support everything from requirements gathering to user acceptance testing. You will also contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution validation in an Agile environment. Beyond project delivery, you will help drive adoption, documentation quality, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow practices. In this role, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring ServiceNow solutions are well-defined, effectively implemented, and aligned with business goals.
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and desired outcomes within ServiceNow implementations
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping activities to capture and refine requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and ongoing Agile delivery activities
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution to validate solution quality
- Contribute to documentation, including process flows, training materials, and release notes
- Support adoption and change management efforts to ensure successful solution uptake
- Assist with internal initiatives such as estimation, solution scoping, and knowledge sharing across teams
This role requires strong business analysis expertise, client-facing experience, and a solid understanding of ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms, along with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic delivery environments.
- 5+ years of relevant business analysis or related professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent client-facing communication and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced implementation settings
- Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience using generative AI tools for analysis or documentation is a plus
