- Lead and mentor a team of backend and frontend engineers, supporting performance, career growth, and technical development.
- Drive execution of engineering initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and translate business needs into technical plans.
- Guide architectural design decisions and participate in technical reviews to ensure system scalability and maintainability.
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including coding standards, testing strategies, and system design principles.
- Coordinate with other engineering leaders to manage dependencies and align on cross-team initiatives.
- Balance delivery of new features with system stability, performance optimization, and technical debt management.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture.
- 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in complex, enterprise or cloud-based environments.
- Strong technical background in software engineering, ideally with experience in Go, C, C++, Java, or similar backend technologies.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and scalable software design.
- Experience working with frontend technologies (Vue.js, React, or Angular) and API-driven systems.
- Proven ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business impact.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring engineers and driving team performance.
- Ability to make architectural decisions and guide technical direction in fast-paced environments.
