Job Description

Founders Associate/Operator

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Founder’s Associate/Operator in France.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly driven and entrepreneurial professional to work at the center of strategic operations within a fast-moving fintech and innovation-focused environment. The role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership naturally, and enjoys solving complex operational and organizational challenges. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help accelerate execution across multiple business functions while building scalable systems and processes. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and offers significant exposure to product, operations, finance, and growth initiatives. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and deeply focused on innovation, experimentation, and impact. It is an ideal role for future founders, operators, or startup leaders looking to grow in a high-performance setting.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner directly with senior leadership to drive execution on high-priority initiatives across the organization.
  • Take ownership of complex and often ambiguous problems, identifying practical solutions and moving projects forward independently.
  • Support and coordinate cross-functional execution across areas such as operations, finance, product, go-to-market strategy, and people initiatives.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement improvements that increase organizational efficiency and scalability.
  • Design, implement, and optimize internal systems, workflows, dashboards, and documentation processes.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to improve productivity, streamline execution, and scale operational capabilities.
  • Increase leadership bandwidth by managing priorities, removing blockers, and ensuring key initiatives progress effectively.
  • Operate with strong judgment, discretion, adaptability, and a high level of accountability in a rapidly evolving environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, fintech, crypto, consulting, or high-growth technology companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, build projects from scratch, or lead initiatives beyond formal responsibilities.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to execute quickly and effectively under uncertainty.
  • Experience working closely with founders, executives, or senior operators is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, or building scalable productivity systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of curiosity, adaptability, and ownership with a bias toward action and execution.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and work independently with minimal direction.
  • Interest in fintech, blockchain, emerging technologies, or financial innovation is considered a strong advantage.
Benefits:
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with adaptable working hours.
  • Dedicated learning and development budget, including support for conferences and continued education.
  • Time allocated for experimentation, side projects, and innovation initiatives within the ecosystem.
  • Flat organizational structure that encourages autonomy, collaboration, and idea-sharing.
  • Access to modern hardware and tools to support productivity and creativity.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge fintech and blockchain initiatives with high-impact teams.
  • Strong career growth potential in a rapidly evolving and expanding industry.
  • Inclusive and mission-driven culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
