About the Role

The VP of Sales sets the overall strategy for Product Sales and Lender Toolkit. As a player/coach, the VP has the opportunity to both define departmental goals and procedures and interact directly with customers to guide them through our products to secure new sales. Lender Toolkit is poised for exciting growth in 2025, come be part of building our journey!


What You'll Own

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan. Use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team by motivating and encouraging sales team members, and by assisting with setting goals and quotas.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to meet overall business objectives.
  • Secure new business opportunities and consult with potential customers to understand their needs
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
  • Prepare sales budget; monitor and approve expenses.
  • Be a contributing member of the executive team, making recommendations for business objectives and supporting the overall business strategy.
  • Embody our #teamplayer value and take on additional projects/responsibilities as needed.

About You

  • Prior experience in the mortgage industry required
  • Experience with ICE’s software, Encompass, required
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Strong working knowledge of the mortgage industry
  • At least 7 years of dedicated experience working as a sales leader with a track record of increasing responsibilities/roles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Top-notch strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to represent Lender Toolkit at various conferences.
