About This Position
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Proactively identify and develop relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinics, and other healthcare organizations for home care and staffing needs. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and contracts for staffing and home care services. Sales Execution: Present Eden's Cares services to potential clients, showcasing how we address their needs effectively. Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers, including healthcare administrators, HR professionals, and community leaders. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to identify new opportunities. Event Representation: Represent Edens Care at trade shows, health fairs, networking events, and other community engagements. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and high-quality service delivery. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on marketing and sales metrics, including client acquisition rates, referral generation, and contract closings. Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare, home care, or staffing industries. Strong background in B2B relationship building and account management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and staffing industry is a plus. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel.
