2nd Shift Sanding Lead at GUNSLINGER CUSTOMS INC. – Golden, Colorado

Provide support and manage daily goals within the Sanding Department

• Ensure the department team is properly trained and given the tools and materials they need to do their jobs.
• Ensure production and service parts meet company standards and are delivered to proper areas with proper paperwork.
• Make sure work area is safe, clean and adheres to the standards provided by the company.
• Make sure the department is meeting their expectations for quality and quantity of parts produced.
• Report to supervisors the quality and quantity of the department along with any problems or needs that arise.
• Collect, validate, and hand in employee efficiency data daily.
• Maintain departments digital inventory.
• Conduct periodic reviews, documented training, and team meetings
