Penetrant Inspector-3rd Shift at MetalTek International – Watertown, Wisconsin

Penetrant/magnetic particle inspect castings as required by customer or military specifications per the purchase order, shop card, or blueprint. Accept/reject castings according to specifications as required.

Maintain the penetrant/magnetic particle inspection area, inspection booths, and other equipment as necessary. Reports to Quality Manager with problems with non-conforming material.

Assist in other Quality functions as required. Maintain accurate logs of all inspections performed and process logs. Work in other areas as required.

High school education or equivalent experience. Strong mathematical, measurement and analytical skills. Able to work closely with others.

Certified per SNT-TC-1A Level II by a qualified Level III.

Up to and including three months for an individual with the specified trade knowledge or education to learn the job duties involved, perform the work and attain the quality standards.
