- Lead client discovery sessions, assessments, and stakeholder discussions to gain a deep understanding of organizational goals, operational challenges, and revenue cycle performance.
- Design customized revenue optimization solutions that align client needs with scalable service offerings while ensuring technical feasibility, operational effectiveness, and financial viability.
- Conduct detailed assessments to identify improvement opportunities, define scope of work, establish workflows, recommend organizational structures, and develop implementation roadmaps.
- Analyze client cost structures, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and projected financial outcomes to support solution development and business case creation.
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, case studies, and client-facing materials that clearly communicate value, expected outcomes, and service capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, delivery, and leadership teams to support business development efforts and ensure successful solution execution.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to solution team members while contributing strategic insights to enhance products, services, and market offerings.
- Support consulting engagements and assessment studies, including on-site client visits when required, and contribute to the successful acquisition and expansion of client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- 12–15 years of experience in client-facing, consultative, or managerial roles within healthcare technology, healthcare services, or Revenue Cycle Management environments.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience at the Director level or above, with demonstrated success managing complex client engagements.
- Strong background in revenue cycle consulting, including conducting operational assessments, developing recommendations, and producing executive-level reports, particularly within acute care or hospital settings.
- Proven ability to analyze complex operational challenges and develop innovative, results-driven solutions.
- Experience working across geographically distributed teams and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools, particularly PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in healthcare workflow optimization, performance improvement initiatives, healthcare technology implementation, or bringing new healthcare products and services to market is considered an advantage.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $175,000 to $200,000, based on experience, qualifications, location, and market factors.
