  • Coach, mentor, and support business unit leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and organizational performance.
  • Monitor and improve key business metrics, including recurring revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment of commercial, operational, and administrative functions.
  • Support product innovation initiatives and help leaders evaluate opportunities to improve customer value through technology enhancements.
  • Identify practical applications of AI, automation, predictive analytics, and related technologies that improve business outcomes and internal processes.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities within targeted vertical markets.
  • Establish and review key performance indicators through regular forecasting, reporting, and business reviews.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and operational discipline while preserving entrepreneurial flexibility within each business unit.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced software industry executive with a proven ability to scale businesses, develop leaders, and drive operational excellence.

  • 10+ years of leadership experience within the software industry, ideally in vertical SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing multiple business units through both organic growth and acquisitions.
  • Strong experience with mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
  • Solid financial acumen with direct responsibility for P&L management and business performance.
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and develop executive and management-level leaders.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience evaluating AI, automation, or technology-driven operational improvements is considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant graduate-level education is preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in a decentralized, fast-paced, and evolving business environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Long-term incentive programs aligned with business performance.
  • Flexible remote work environment.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
  • Retirement and financial planning programs.
  • Access to leadership development and executive growth opportunities.
  • Exposure to a diverse portfolio of software businesses and industries.
