About This Position
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strong understanding of various recruiting methods and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in aligning talent acquisition strategies with our organizational goals.

Duties
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools, such as ATS systems
- Conduct technical recruiting for specialized positions and executive roles, ensuring alignment with company needs.
- Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel staff and hiring managers to provide strategic talent management solutions.
- Implement effective negotiation strategies to secure top talent while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
- Utilize social media management techniques for employer branding and candidate outreach.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to proactively source and engage passive candidates, leveraging tailored outreach strategies to build talent pipelines and generate interest in open roles.
- Collaborate with HR teams on succession planning, training & development initiatives, and employee relations matters.
- Conduct research on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience.
- All other duties as assigned

- 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience (healthcare staffing experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Hybrid model
