Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor field service technicians, sharing real-world insights and technical expertise
Coordinate daily service operations, schedule jobs, dispatch technicians, and optimize routes
Oversee service order entry, spare parts sales, and repairs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Develop service quotes, contracts, and proposals to grow service revenue
Serve as the point of contact for service requests and client communication
Monitor technician performance, manage job progress, and ensure quality standards are met
Streamline operations using your knowledge of field workflows and customer needs
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records, reports, and service documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and company protocols
Qualifications
- Required:
High school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license
Minimum of 3 years of field experience (510 preferred) in overhead cranes, heavy machinery, or related electrical service industries
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment using modern software tools
- Preferred:
Cal-OSHA certification
Prior supervisory or team lead experience
Familiarity with service dispatch or ERP systems
