Customer Service Representative at Electripack Inc – Moraine, Ohio

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships. This position involves managing in-bound and outbound sales and support activities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wire harness products and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Customer onboarding: Customer Service. Entering Sales Orders for new assemblies
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide detailed product information and technical support to customers.
• Support the Sales staff by preparation and delivery of quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.

Required:

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in the manufacturing or wire harness industry.
• Strong understanding of wire harness products and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
