Shift Schedule:

Work Days: Tuesday to Saturday

PH TIME: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM

*40 hours per week, inclusive of 1-hour unpaid lunch break daily



Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Support

  • Manage Respond.io communications — including follow-ups, updates, and move-in confirmations.
  • Check newly submitted sales for ICR availability.
  • Handle payment, lease agreement, and referencing follow-ups for pending requirements or verifications.
  • Conduct move-in confirmation follow-ups, verifying that the tenant has successfully moved in and endorsing to the appropriate department if needed.
  • Provide back-up support for end-to-end move-in processing, from submitted sale to tenant move-in, ensuring a seamless experience through timely instructions, confirmations, and system updates, particularly during Saturday shifts or as required.
  • Provide council inspection assistance, ensuring all move-in and move-out tasks are updated accurately for OCR/ICR scheduling.

Offboarding Support

  • Send 1-week and 1-day move-out reminders, updating platforms as needed based on each tenant’s schedule adjustments.
  • Confirm tenant move-outs through CdA’s communication channels and update all relevant records.
  • Schedule cleaning and Outgoing and Incoming Condition Report (OCR/ICR) inspections, coordinating with cleaners to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct ICR checks from Onboarding to ensure readiness for immediate scheduling when required.
  • Handle rental reference responses for past and current tenants in coordination with Offboarding team.
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end house returns, from tenant termination notice to key return and deposit refund with agents or owners, including house resets in partnership with the Maintenance team.
  • Provide NCAT assistance and documentation support as required.
