Role Overview
CAA is looking for an IT Associate to remotely support users with software and hardware issues, onboard new employees, manage inventory, and oversee the helpdesk trouble ticket queue system. This position is remote and reports directly to the Director of Information Technology / Cyber. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and effective technical support to end-users through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, peripherals, routine updates and security enhancements.
- Provide remote support and troubleshooting, ensuring consistent IT experience for all employees, regardless of location.
- Keep accurate records of IT assets, service requests, and resolutions;maintaindetailed documentation for IT operations.
- Collaborate with various departments on technology upgrades, system migrations, and new deployments.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies; suggest improvements to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
- Perform additional dutiesas needed to support the IT department.
- Manage equipment assets and licensing.
- Log, escalate, and follow upon IT-related issues and support calls; communicate and monitor corporate office systems standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Competencies

Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of real-world experience supporting an internal helpdesk
- Strong experience with Macs and Windows11OS
- Experience with Office365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Teams
- Any experience with cloud-based applications such as Zendesk is a plus
Compensation and Other Information
- Location: Fully Remote, U.S.
- Pay Rate: Based on a variety of factors in accordance with applicable law including the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Reports To: Director of IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security
