Tempe, AZ | $19.00 – $22.00/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Arizona Home Care is a locally owned home health and infusion company serving patients across the Valley — and we're looking for someone who wants more than just an admin job. This role is structured as an entry-level accounting trainee position: you'll support front office operations while working directly alongside our accounting team, gaining hands-on experience with financial processes and a clear path to grow into a more advanced accounting role over time.

Schedule:
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the accounting team with entry-level financial tasks, including accurate and timely cash posting
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Manage office supply inventory and keep common areas stocked and organized
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet visitors and staff with a welcoming front desk presence
- Support accounting and operations teams with special projects as assigned
Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone manner and strong communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to confidentiality; HIPAA compliance awareness a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow into an accounting role
Preferred:
- 1+ year of administrative, clerical, front desk, or office support experience
- Interest in accounting, finance, or business operations
- Experience with cash handling or basic accounting tasks
- Background in a healthcare, medical office, or insurance setting
