Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition based in United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and executing global recruiting strategies across multiple business units. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on recruiting leader, guiding hiring priorities that directly support business growth and workforce planning. The role combines team leadership, operational excellence, and senior stakeholder partnership in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will oversee recruiting performance while also managing complex, high-priority searches as a player–coach. Success in this role means improving hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience at scale. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise talent decisions across a global footprint.

Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution while managing and developing recruiting teams. It requires balancing leadership responsibilities with direct recruiting delivery on critical or complex roles.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a global recruiting team, including performance management, hiring decisions, and capability building.
  • Own and execute recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning, business priorities, and financial objectives across multiple business units.
  • Act as a senior advisor to business leaders, providing talent insights, market intelligence, and hiring recommendations.
  • Translate workforce demand into scalable recruiting models, prioritization frameworks, and hiring plans.
  • Oversee recruiting operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high-quality ATS/data management practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on hiring velocity, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships across HR, Finance, and business leadership to align talent strategy with organizational needs.
Requirements

This role requires strong experience in global talent acquisition leadership, combining strategic thinking, operational rigor, and hands-on recruiting expertise.

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership of recruiting teams in global or enterprise environments.
  • Proven success operating as a player–coach, managing both recruiting delivery and strategic TA initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and business leadership to align hiring strategy with workforce plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale recruiting initiatives and improve processes, systems, and candidate experience.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decisions through structured thinking and clear communication.
  • Familiarity with global ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and recruiting operations best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills in complex, matrixed environments.
