  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft-centric systems engineering and infrastructure environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in a consultative or professional services/MSP environment with presales and project delivery responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams administration.
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid infrastructure design and migration.
  • Hands-on skills in Windows Server environments, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and enterprise networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and automation tools for system administration and deployment.
  • Experience with Intune, Autopilot, endpoint management, and modern workplace technologies.
  • Strong understanding of identity, security, and access management frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, federation).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project execution, client interaction, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Microsoft certifications are highly preferred and expected for continued growth in the role.
Benefits:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with strong employer contribution (up to 80% of employee premiums).
  • 401(k) plan with employer match (50% of contributions up to 6%).
  • Paid time off starting at 10 days in year one, increasing with tenure up to 20 days.
  • Paid holidays plus floating holidays and additional service-based holidays.
